 + 0 moreI was highly impressed with their professionalism inre:promptness-billing and courtesy. Hopefully I will not have to use them for awhile but I would not hesitate to use Yakima TV Svc. again!!!
Description of Work: On 1-23-11 I discovered my Samsung tv would not turn on. I called, Yakima TV in the afternoon 1-24-11 and talked to a Mike. Mike was totally aware of the problems of flat screen Samsungs. Mike explained the problem and the fix. Mike also gave me a price quote. I agreed to that and he came and picked it up within a 1/2 hr.. Mike said they would have it back Wednesday (1-26-11)-which they did with the price quoted !!!
