The total diagnostic cost was within the quoted price range. they gave me a detailed break down of the costs to fix the car, including a diagram showing the parts that needed to be replaced.

 + -1 moreThey've been our auto mechanics since 2005. They are very honest when they give you an estimate. If the work looks like it will go over the estimate, then they won't do anything until they have contacted you and got your approval. They tend to go out of their way to make sure that your car gets a thorough inspection. They did some transmission work for me before and I had some trouble with it shortly after their work. They came in and took care of it immediately. They aren't the cheapest in the area but they provide quality work and it's always impeccable.
Description of Work: I take my vehicle to White Pass Garage for auto services. The last time I took my truck there was for a tune up.

Description of Work: My RV was overheating and they replaced the radiator which did not fix the problem. When I complained there was no response. Then I told them what I thought the problem was (clutch fan) and they fixed that okay, but charged me for the test drive. I wouldn't have written this report if there had been any remorse or someone saying, I'm sorry we didn't fix it the first time. So, I ended up with a $981 radiator that I didn't need.
