They were fantastic. I have used this company prior. I was looking for a good carpet cleaning company, and couldn't remember the company's name. I looked on the internet, and picked these folks, and when I was on the phone making the appt, Steve remembered me, making me feel like he cares for all his clients. We made the appt, and the only negative thing I have to say, is that the tech was about 1 hr late. The pervious job took longer than estimated. When I called Steve, he was very upset, that the tech hadn't contacted me. However, once the gentleman got here, he was very professional, very attentive, and did an outstanding job.
