We've been happy with the service provided by Thunder Electric. They come out when they say they will come out. The service people are knowledgeable and prepared. Their price is affordable.

No problems.

He was great! He was knowledgeable. He was tall, so he didn't have to use a ladder. We would use him again.

There was a minor issue involving what the inspector required that was not anticipated, but in the end it all worked out fine. The total cost of the job also included some re-wire work in the basement of the house. So the total cost of the job involved alot more than just the 240V outlet for the car.

My power line from the house to the irrigation pump was knocked down. Josh came and installed 2 new poles to reroute the line because former route is now blocked. He came back a couple months later when I had trouble with my pump not working and diagnosed a faulty pressure switch and fixed it the same day. He also noticed my electric gate opener was not working. I explained  a gate company looked at it several times and said I needed to buy a $1700  gate opener. Josh fixed it for much less and had it up and running in just a couple days. I will only use Thunder Electric from now on.

The bid came in very reasonable so we accepted it.  They came out to do the work promptly and were able to get the job done in one day.  They were correct that their suggestions looked great and increased the convenience in turning the lights and fan off/on easier.  They were very professional.  We would use them again and would definately recommend them to others.

The provider was timely, professional, and courteous. Work was completed as discussed. The provider cleaned up the area after completing the job. I would definitely use this company in the future

We had a kitchen light that was acting funny and we had somebody else in Yakima "fix" it but ended up needing to get it REALLY fixed later (since the first guy didn't do anything really) so we could sell the house. Thunder Electric guy came over and diagnosed the problem, explained what it would take to fix it but told me it was something he would try but wasn't sure it would work....explained the malfunction and recommended that I actually replace the fixture to be sure that it worked.   It took him two trips to the house, and the guy was competent and friendly and if I still lived in Yakima I would only use him.  He didn't overcharge.  I wish I had called him first.  I recommend him to Yakima area people who need a good electrician.  If I could remember the other company I would NOT recommend that one but I can't remember.

They are really, really prompt, and they are competitive in pricing.  What ever the best is you can give them that, because they are just wonderful!

We had his cell phone number at one time, and if we needed him he would come right up.  I called him a few times and he was right here.  We paid $36,000 for the fire damage and we had them do extra remodeling work afterwards.  The overall experience has been good.  He did an excellent job.
