Awesome! Tech was right on time and found the problem in 2 minutes. Showed the chewed wires to me as well a the blown fuse. He sealed up the gaps & cut outs at control board area with metal tape to avoid a repeat. Even answered my question about starting my gas fire place. I was so surprised at how economical their service was too! I'm making them my heat/air service provider.

Professional - nice, on time, and explained what they did, what it
meant, etc. This service was provided in our newly purchased house.
However, they had also serviced the furnace in the house we previously
rented. We were so impressed with their knowledge, teaching, and
professionalism as renters, that we knew when we bought that we would
call on them for service when needed. During our buying process, we
called them to ask about the old oil furnace in a house that we were
considering (but didn't buy) and they spent 10 min on the phone
answering my questions and providing counsel. These are smart guys, who
have been doing this work for many, many years. I wouldn't use anyone
else.

Prompt service. Called on Friday here on Tuesday. Dennis and Sam were very professional. I was impressed with their knowledge and their willingness to explain everything as they worked. Their vacuum truck was an awesome piece of modern equipment. Price was exactly as stated on Angie's list. Left the laundry room cleaner than how they found it.

Theisen Heating and Repair showed up promptly as scheduled.  They were courteous, very professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. They were recommended to us from a realtor who uses them often.  We had another person do the havc inspection when we bought our house, but they could not come and do repairs, so we called Theisen.  They said several of the items listed from the other contractor were not necessary.  They saved us money and did a great job.  We plan on using them for our next service and any future repairs needed.  I highly recommend them.

I have lived in my home for twenty years and all  Thiesen has kept my furnace in good shape all these years.  Usually I just use them for yearly cleaning and service, but they have leo helped me with repairs.  They remember the quirks of my unit and and do preventive maintenance such as "burping" the boiler so I do not run into problems later on.  They are fantastic about preventing a mess and cleaning up after themselves.

A little embarrassing, only in that the only issue with the furnaces was that the air filters had not been changed recently enough. Despite this lack of maintenance on our part, the Thiesen brothers were very respectful and professional and also gave me some other tips on furnace maintenance as well as other HVAC issues that we might want to think about. They also made sure the furnaces were in good working order even though they identified the air filter issue in about 30 seconds flat. Should I have a true need in the future with HVAC issues, I will be calling this family run business after this very nice experience.

I called on Wednesday and they came out with in about 1/2  hour after a short very informative phone call to look at my situation and gave me an estimate.  No pressure to buy just call if I wanted to follow through with their estimate.  I called back a little later 
that same day to set up an appointment to get the work done and was told they would be out at 11:30 on Friday for the installation, which would take about 4 hours. They arrived at about 10:30 and the job was completed by about 2:00.  The price was exactly what the quote was. They cleaned up all of the old equipment removed and hauled it off.   They were both very professional and answered all of my questions and more. They even helped me out with another issue I had.
The system works great.  I am very satisfied and don't plan on considering any other company for heating or air conditioning in future.  I would highly recommend them to any one that need to have work done right the first and not be charged in excess of a given estimate.

He was excellent. They are a small company and are very professional. If he cannot repair it, he will tell you. He is fast he gets in and gets the job done. The price was excellent. I have not had any problems with the furnace since he repaired it.

They came out, and they cleaned out the heating and air conditioning system. They put new filters in.
