When I first hired Stella and her sister, they did a great job. They both had their “specialty” areas. However a couple weeks in Stella calls and states she can’t make it one week but her sister will be there to clean and she will be back after that. Stella never came back, but her sister came back every time. I let this slide for the time being until the sister was there for less time, not cleaning as thoroughly, and charging me the same price. Then I found a couple of things broken but she did not let us know. I finally asked her why Stella wasn’t coming anymore and she told me Stella moved to Seattle and she took over the business...without telling her clients? So I asked to renegotiate the price since I hired 2 women for approximately 2-3 hours and now I was only getting 1 woman for the same amount of time. I was told no, that is her price. I then got a text stating my expectations were to high and she would not be back to clean my house. That is very “professional “. I would not recommend this switch and bate team for anything.

Stella and Angelica are simply the best. I have been their client since Sep 2017 and every time I tell them how much I appreciate them. They are punctual, flexible scheduling and the house is always perfect when they leave. Hands-down, best service I have found in many years. Thank you!
