Description of Work: Rubens Landscaping has done jobs for family members and neighbors in this area for years. His work is very high quality. He installed a rather extensive under ground sprinkler system for a relative with no hassles. His prices are lower than the competition and the work is done on time.

 + -1 moreThey did not use the materials that they were supposed to use. They lied to me and put in skinny blocks rather than the pavers and they are all breaking up.
