Rousseau Painting

We hired Rousseau Painting to paint the exterior of our house. The bid came in at the lower end of the other bids and Richard seemed very confident that him and his crew could do a good job and said we would be very happy. However, right from the start there were issues. He kept putting off the start due to a variety of reasons; wind, injury, other jobs, etc. After a few weeks of putting us off, he finally started painting our house but once they started there were issues with his employees not showing up due to injury/illness. It took much longer than he said to paint the house and on the last 2 days, they really rushed it. We have bleed-thru of the dark paint under the white trim paint. And within a few months, paint started to peel. I reached out but it took several months to get him back out to do touch up. Overall, we didn't feel it was a very good paint job or attention to detail. You get what you pay for.
