Rave Salon

Started out badly, showed up 10 minutes early for my 10:00 am appointment and Ashley my stylist, wasn't there. She was called by the shop owner who advised me that Ashley had thought my appointment was for 11:00 am (was in the appointment book for 10 am) and would be there as soon as she could. Ashley finally showed up and we consulted, she then shampooed my hair and started the cut. After blow drying, she trimmed my hair more and had me look at it in the mirror. I told her I thought it was longer on the left side and she told me that my hair was thicker on that side. I looked at it again and told her no, I think it's uneven. She looked at it again, trimmed some off, and then had me look at it from behind. I told her again that it still looked very uneven so she cut some more off the side. I ended up walking out with the left side of my hair quite a bit longer than the right and since it was very short already, haven't had the nerve to try to have it fixed. So now I'm kind of stuck with a bad haircut and waiting for it to grow out a bit so I can try to find another stylist somewhere to fix it.

Rave Salon is reasonably responsive.

They are fantastic. I have been going to them for years. I always refer people to them. They have a good price and use good products. They run on time, and are good people to be around.

the formal owner was my hair dresser. I have gone though a fight of breast cancer so I had a hard time lifting my arms so I would have to have someone to wash and blow out my hair. She sold the saloon but I have kept Ashley and she cuts my hair and colors it now.
