Wayne Brooks is the manager and CEO of the company and he has workers under him. He built a screen porch on an existing covered patio. He sealed it in all the way around, screens and a door. He had some leaking problems in the bottom which he has repaired because he put it down on the original slab without realizing it wasn’t level. He put a gutter around the outside of it to take the water off the floor. He just came back to do that recently and I think he finally got it done. I painted the outside and starting the inside. It is really going to be a nice one when done. He did do a good job. He has been very willing to take care of anything that will come up. He provided me a quote for this job. I think the price was too low. I got three quotes and the highest was $4500. I got both of those names off Angie’s List. He was recommended to me by a friend who had done lots of work done by him in apartments and built her a stand and had done a lot of work for her and she was very satisfied with him. I always get three quotes when I do anything. He had made the best offer for the amount of money that I wanted to spend. I did not realize and he did not tell me at that time that he never built one until it was done. It turned out he has done an excellent job on everything except the floor and he has taken care of that problem at no cost to me. It is okay. He learned, I learned. He put extra money into it to make sure I got want I wanted. I would recommend him. He sets a time and does not always show up at that time. Even though he got the job done in the time allotted, but that bothers me when they say they are going to do something and they don’t do it. When he came back in spring after we had flooding during the winter that was the first thing I said him. He had set two to three appointments with me and did not show up. I called and told that he needs to keep his appointment with me from now on. He has done that. Since then he has come when he said he was going to come. He had his equipment with him when he came and he has done his job. That’s what I expect of him. I think his price was too low and I really think he under billed himself. I think he lost money on it by the time it was done. It was an excellent quote and he did what he set out for. He has been professional. I will use him again, just that I would set ground rule for him.
