Nathan did an outstanding job! The best technician I have ever encountered. He immediately noticed that the pan had water in it and that the issue was a clogged drain which he unclogged with his shop vac. Then, he readjusted the sensor which was too low in the drain pan. The AC immediately came on. It took him approx. 5 minutes to do all of the above. I was able to use one of their service coupons for $25. He is so worth it!!
Also, the ladies who answer the customer service calls do a great job of confirming and reconfirming appointments to ensure they don't send their service technicians to homes where the resident may not be home. They answer hundreds of call every day. Hats off to Linda, Kathy, and the rest of customer support team!
