I found Kate after interviewing four or five realtors in Yakima. Kate has amazing energy and enthusiasm. We felt she was honest and hard-working from start to finish. She worked out the house price perfectly for us, explained the nuances of the market at the time, did a open house EVERY Sunday that she had the listing, hosted the Tuesday realtor get togethers at our home, and we felt that she did all she could to give the house exposure. She quickly identified a few things that we could do to improve our chance at selling quickly, and had a great contractor nearby to help us get everything finished. She sold it quickly and did a great job at relaying our interests to the buyers. You could interview four or five realtors, or you could just start with Kate.

She rescued me from a non-performing agent that would not let me out of my listing contract. She made appropriate and specific recommendations to increase the curb appeal to prospective buyers. She had excellent sales fliers that were updated and replenished regularly. She helped schedule and supervise repairs that needed to be made. She contacted showing agents for feedback and passed it on to me. She answered my phone calls promptly and returned calls that day. She showed up while we were painting the fence and when it looked like we would not have enough paint to finish, she went to the store and bought us paint. She met with me when it was convenient to my schedule. She answered all of my questions and "what if" scenarios. She was professional, courteous, warm and an absolute pleasure to work with.
