New Castle responded to a need to replace a leaking roof with urgency. They brought a great team. Their clean up was excellent which is often a problem with contractors. Personally they were all a delight to interact with.

I am slow getting this review in because i had surgery. I want to Totally and without question recommend New Castle sys, Angel and his crew were very professional in the pre job contact making sure My wife and I were satisfied with the Color and type of shingle used. He worked along with Vance heating when we found out a vent for the furnace needed replaced on the roof. He showed up at the pre arranged time on Monday 7am with crew, they stripped the shake roof. Cleaned up every nite after work. Tuesday morning they finished up stripping the old roof and arranged and met with the city inspector and was cleared to finish job. Western Materials by the way-(fantastic business), delivered the roofing materials and Angel and crew started installing it. They worked the rest of day and cleaned up area. Wednesday they started at 7am and finished the roof by 6pm. The house is a 2 story 1800 plus sq ft home. The crew was very helpful , friendly and courteous.
