Plumbing
It went terrible. I was charged $480.00 for 10 minutes of actual physical work. The technician was only in my house for a total of 20 minutes. Technician left my property TWICE to run to a plumbing store to get a hose and a shutoff valve instead of keeping a stocked truck. I went to the plumbing store and priced the parts installed. It came out to $30 total for the parts, but was charged $200+ extra. When I talked to the service technician manager he stated the technician gave me a discount. What was really frustrating the most was instead of trying to make it right the service manager I talked to was more worried about getting a bad review.
