Brian was always on time doing a great job

After 4 months of using this company they broke an inground sprinkler because they had the mower to low (he did replace it), they left tons of grass clippings (also loads of grass in my above ground pool) on multiple occasions which they never offered to clean up after I complained, they used a weed eater on several areas of my lawn needing the edging cutting grass down to the root. Most of my complaints were respectable and tactful and Brian Messer apologized repeatedly even telling me that the new guy was his nephew and was trying to help the kid out and that he fired this guy or the other that was leaving all the grass behind. I also had hired his company to do the flower bed maintenance which someone came to do one time. Every time I enquirer about it I got a different excuse. His last excuse for no one showing after I asked for help was that he had to many clients that wanted bed maintenance done occasionally and irregularly that he waits for his clients to contact him and ask for the assistanceâ ¦face palm! Thatâ s what I thought I had done. My last complaint to him by email I stated that his guys left tons of grass clippings again and he responded by saying he would be out in a week to look at it because his guys dont get this many complaints (he previously told me he had multiple complaints about his nephew). I responded by saying that I felt his comment suggested that I was the problem so I would take care of my lawn myself. I thought that was it. I quit Messerâ s lawn service. Later I get another emailâ ¦ he wrote and I am coping from his email to me... Iâ m good with moving on as well. It has never been a good fit I really do not deserve the disrespect of spending 30 minutes moving Hoses, toys, plants, and dog cr*p... One time the yard was not free of dogs waste and the hose and some toys were out. One time! I also apologized to him for that and said I was out of town for a week on bereavement leave and forgot to make arrangements with the house sitter to clean up the yard. Itâ s obviously meant to be an ugly jab to receive an email like that almost two weeks after being fired . I expected more professionalism from a former state patrol officer. I gave two stars because his company showed up every week and cut the grass but thats all I can say.

Brian is quick and efficient. He sticks to his quote and is very reasonable. I had some issues with some stubborn dandelions that didn’t go away after he treated it. Brian came over and took care of them and didn’t charge me a cent. I highly recommend this pro!
