FANTASTIC! I had already called four other companies, we'd had about 6" of snow and roads were bad, temps were low and everyone was swamped. I was advised to shut the furnace off but was worried about my pipes freezing, no one could respond for one or two days due to overwhelming service calls of their own. Additionally I live on top of a hill and the road was not plowed. I called and explained my plight and was told someone would get to me in a 4x4 within two hours. He showed up 20 minutes later and explained they refused to leave someone with no heat in January!!! He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Within 45 minutes we again had heat and even though this had been an emergency call I felt we were charged a very reasonable fee for a normal, scheduled visit! I would highly recommend MBI Construction Services for excellence on every level and would like to commend Joe, our serviceman for his kindness and over-the-top service! Thank you all again for your kindness!

They came out to the house and fixed the problem. Didn't take forever.

The service man came out and fixed my problem in about fifteen minutes.

Our Heat Pump was not working properly. Called Johnson Mechanical which we had used years ago and we were very pleased with their work. When I called Johnson I found out they were bought out by Metal Benders. Since we were very unhappy with another Heating/Air Conditioning company here in Yakima I decided to give Metal Benders a try. Of course, being winter they were busy but the tech. called and made sure we were okay and arranged a time to come out. Joe was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered questions and told us what he was finding. He found that a switch was out on the unit outside. He said he would have to get a new switch. The only problem was that our unit is older and he might have to get a different one, type, brand but he would make it work. He impressed us because he didn?t insist we needed a new unit as another company did but to keep using what we have. He did suggest we have him come back in the spring to check the Freon. We had an appointment the day he could come out to install the switch but we had no problem leaving a key for him to use. We felt he was 100% trustworthy and glad he felt he could have this freedom. Really glad. Our heat pump is fix and hopefully we won?t have to but if need be we will definably use Metal Benders.
