We contacted Master Steam to clean the carpet in our rental home which has 2 small bedrooms, hallway and living room. He did a bad job. Significant dirt was left in the carpet. Stains were not removed. And several pieces of dried gum were left on the carpet when he was done. His excuse was that he was in hurry to finish up because he had to fly out to a carpet cleaning show. We showed the problems to several people that have knowledge in that area. They said it looked like the Master Steam guy just didn't try (to do a good job). After the Master Steam guy got back from his conference/show it took him him 3 months to send us a bill. We had to contact another carpet cleaning company to redo the job. The second company did a fine job. I will be submitting pictures and copies of the invoices of both companies involved.
