Jerry Lozier Home Inspections

Jerry was very responsive and knowledgeable about home inspection.  We scheduled an appointment and Jerry was onsite early, prepared and already working.  He walked me through every step of the inspection process answering every question I had.  He went out of his way to ensure I felt comfortable with the inspection going into great detail on many aspects of the home.  During a follow-up inspection he again arrived early and performed steps which we weren't able to get to in the previous inspection due to weather conditions, at no added cost to me.  His knowledge and expertice were top notch and provided an excellent basis for me to make my purchase decision.  In addition, his inspection report was in depth and provided excellent picture documentation of issues with the home.  When the seller balked at some of the repairs Jerry spoke directly with the seller to explain what needed to be done including providing a referral to a reliable subcontractor.
