The initial install was fine but after many thousands of dollars, I am left with a system that is not hooked up and is worthless to me.
Description of Work: Ice and Fire installed the tubing and control board for an in floor heat system when my house was built about 3 years ago. The system was never hooked up. I have been trying to get them to hook it up for over a year. Finally I have given up. Since they designed the system, it is going to cost me a lot of extra money to have someone else try to do the job by trial and error. The owner is impossible to get hold of and always has had the same lame excuse. Phone calls and texts are not returned. The work that was done is fine but of no value since I cannot get them to complete the job. Many thousands of dollars invested in a system that is of no use to me. Would I hire them again....Absolutely NOT.....DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH A HUMAN BEING...IT "AINT" GONNA HAPPEN.
