Make sure if you have an insurance claim you check the background of the people hired to be on your property. Integrity restoration asked us if we could leave our house unlock or give them a key so they could use the bathroom during the day. I have had work done int he past and was never asked that before. They also did not keep us in the loop as to what was going on. We would come home from work and we literally had to yell to them on the roof and ask how it was going (the process) they didn't seem to think it was important for us to know? Apparently a few days into the job INtegrity wanted to move on and had Heether complete the roof on our home. When Heether came out they werevery nice and actually explained things to us. The difference was like night and day.

The price was super! Heether was the lowest bid, and we had lost a fair amount of shingles due to a storm. The paper was still intact, so they wasn't a threat of leaking. Heether was taking on a lot of similar jobs, resulting from the storm. The inspector said the job was outstanding. He said it was the third roof he inspected that day, and they were all outstanding. Heether was at my home at 8am, but you can't make any noise until 9am. Anyone that can knock out a perfect roof in one day is pretty darn professional, in my opinion.
