The bed arrived within the time frame that was promised. When the installers delivered the pieces and started to install it, they discovered that the assembly hardware needed to bolt it all together was not included in the box from the manufacturer. I called the owner of Freeway Furniture and she assured me that she would have the manufacturer overnight the parts and then have the installers come back out to finish the job. Well, the manufacturer never sent the pieces and two weeks went by with no results. My repeated calls to Freeway Furniture were very unsatisfying since they didn't know where the parts were or even what to do about it. Finally, I took matters into my own hands and directed the store assistant manager what to do. I had him call the manufacturer again, request that the pieces be sent overnight, and get a tracking number. Once we had a tracking number, the parts finally arrived and the bed was assembled but this added about 2.5 weeks delay to the whole process. We're happy with the bed but very unhappy with Freeway Furniture's bumbling attempts to fix the situation. Neither the owner, nor the assistant manager, nor the sales staff seemed able to do this simple task. When the parts didn't arrive, they should have called the manufacturer themselves, got a tracking number, etc. Basically they could have been much more effective at managing this process. It was very disappointing and frustrating. I won't go back to Freeway Furniture again.
