Vacuum Cleaners
They used a sneaky ploy to get into the house, a lady came by and asked to use our restroom. When she came out, she started trying to sell the vaccuums to us. She brought in a young guy who did a good job cleaning, then the big boss came in. He would not take no for an answer, and I did decide to purchase. They took my old vacuum cleaners, but I told the boss as he was walking out that I was most likely to cancel this contract.
Sometime later, I called them and told them I was cancelling the contract and sent a registered letter. They refused to sign for it, but I called the finance company and told them that I refused the contract, and they agreed. The bos came up to my house with a bad attitude and delivered what he claimed was my vacuum but it wasn't, I had to drive all the way to Yakima to get it back, and then again later to get the accessories (hoses, brushes etc.). And I lost my $100 deposit.
