My daughter in law's were the worst, she had lost nearly the entire set of nails in under a week's time! She was very displeased to say the least and refused to return. However, I decided to give them another chance to repair the nails that were coming off and provide good service. Yet what I got was yet another terrible nail fill! within 3 days the nails were already coming up, lifting (coming off) at the bottom! I just don't understand how these people get licensed when they can't seem to provide adequate service. The last nail salon I went to for over a year was "Happy nails", a new set of nails would last 6 months or more, however the staff was so rude and unprofessional that I just couldn't deal with them anymore. I just don't understand why these nail salons can't provide quality product service and pleasant customer service as well. I've wore acrylic nail tips for 20 years and I am ready to quit! I never thought I would say that, but it's just become a big waste of time and money when the product only lasts about a week...of your lucky! :(

The staff was very professional and polite, which has proven to be rare in the nail salons around Yakima, and they did a good job. The salon is very clean and very well decorated. It was a fun, pleasant, relaxing atmosphere, and a pleasant experience.
However, I didn't realize that when you paid to have a new set of nails applied, that they charge a few to remove the old set. Yet overall it was a fun and pleasant experience and a great place to go. I definitely recommend it.

I'm torn in rating E-nails. I love the shop. They do a fantastic job at what they do. The staff is very friendly. It is clean. The problem is, they have gotten so good that they are too busy. What frustrates me is that knowing they would likely be very busy, I started calling ahead to ask if they would be able to get me in if I came down. They would say "Yes, to come down" - and more than once I have come, waited an hour or more, and then finally left. I understand that they don't want to turn business away, but I'm perfectly okay with them saying they are too busy and offering an appointment time another day. I'm not okay with having my time wasted by telling me to come down, and then making me wait so long. This has also happened numerous times when I have come in and asked the wait time. I'll be told "15 minutes" and after an hour passes, I'll finally get up and leave. They have gotten so busy that I see people even with appointment times set up not get in for long periods of time. I don't get services done that often anymore, and when I do - I still generally try to go to them first because I genuinely like them and love their quality of service. It's great that they are in high demand. I like them as people. But they need to learn better how to manage appointment times and to be honest and up front if they are too busy for someone to come in. I'd much rather wait and try another day than waste my time coming down, only to sit forever and end up leaving still not having any service performed. :( I'm hoping that now that they have more staff, over time they will learn how to balance and manage this better.

The first thing I noticed was the fresh air, no oppressive chemical smell. They have 10 pedicure chairs so I didn't have to wait. Brand new chairs give a wonderful selection of massages. Manicurist was very efficient and polite, though he didn't speak much English. He gave an excellent foot and leg massage. Toe nails and feet looked very nice when he finished, about on par with other salons. All the tools looked like they had been sterilized before use. Price was the same as other salons I have gone to.
