I have a small residential lawn. They used a mower you stand on and where it turned around the wheels dug holes in my lawn damaging it. This particular lawn mower also side swiped my Rubbermaid shed in the back yard causing a couple of holes. I called the company and explained what happened and requested they use a standard lawnmower you walk behind and asked what they were going to do about damaging my shed. They did apologize and used and standard mower in the future. I didn't expect a new shed and I didn't know how they would repair it so I suggested maybe some added yard work, shrub trimming, to compensate for the damaged shed. They agreed but never made good on it. I terminated their service.
