They are dishonest people, they only care about getting paid, they do not care about quality, they do not care about service. They are only growing due to they put people in bad positions and then they bully them.

The moment we signed off it went straight downhill. Despite taking window measurements and counts TWICE they forgot to order a window. Now we are waiting until Jan for that one. We just finished getting the others put in and come to find out they messed up again and ordered an incorrect window. Who knows when that will be done. We agreed to terms in August just to give a timeline. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Subcontractor who did the installation was terrific. Some work needs to be done to better the communication between DABella, Alside and the installer. Also no information would have provided about possible energy trust incentives if the installers had not brought it up.

They were roofing in the rain, roof leaked and Dabella has not agreed to fix damage.

This company and employees were very helpful, polite and informative on updating and installing my front room window. It did take longer than usual for this project due to the fact that the window is no longer made in my size. So we had to wait for awhile. But it was worth the wait. Both my husband and I are greatly impressed with this company and our window. We have even had compliments on it. We also found that this window brings in more light than the old one. I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for replacing or adding windows.

I hired them because the price was in line and the estimator seemed honest. The week they were scheduled to start work they called and said that they had decided not to do the job after signing a contract and having our deposit for two weeks. We have yet to get our deposit back. Next step is the lawyers.

I hired them to replace my roof. As far as I can tell (since I will not get up on a ladder), they did a fine job. However, the work crew did not communicate with me about their schedule and when I needed to be around. They also did not clean up much at the end of each day, though they did clean up after they completed the work. The person who planned the job was great to work with.

After trying for 3 months, my roof looks horrible! I have gotten 3 other companies to look at the job, they did and all 3 have told me it has to be completely redone! They do not have their own workforce, all their labor is subcontracted out to the lowest bidder! They have stepped through my sheetrock upstairs and shot huge framing nails through the sheetrock that my daughter hurt her head on! They have unplugged and ruined a freezer full of food so they can use their extension cords! There is no quality control whatsoever. They did not contact me when the found structural damage like the contract States so I would have the opportunity to correct it, now the roof is wavy and bowed and I'll be taking a huge hit when I have it appraised! No communication from these guys at all! They have you sign a contract then take forever and don't honor the contract!

Sales person was great - sold me on the product and explained why it would cost more. SOLD - NOW fast forward 2 years later- EXTENSIVE dry rot resulting from install work. DaBella referred me to the warranty department of the contractors (which didn't make sense as it was not an issue with the way the windows were made) it was the way they were IMPROPERLY INSTALLED no sealant, so protection against water - the windows were just placed. I was explained at sales pitch that if I had any existing dry rot before install, this would be taken care of. At time of install this was not addressed so I "assumed" (we know what that means) that there was no dry rot. Went to do a remodel on the walls where windows were installed and TONS of dry rot which resulted in thousands of $$ to be repaired. This was visible around the framing of the windows (and the remodel crew took photos of the before and after affected areas) DaBella pawned off and takes no responsibility for their workmanship! DON'T be suckered by the pretty sales presentation.
