Conroy Electric was referred by a friend who was familiar with their work. I found Tim to be highly professional and extremely knowledgable about heating/cooling. I don't live in the Yakima area, so most of my contact with Tim was by phone and mail. We only met once and that was in the middle of the project. Originally, he gave me a good bid and started within days of getting the contract. About halfway through, we discovered major foundation problems that needed attention before the groundfloor ducts could be installed in the crawlspace. Tim agreed to stop his work until the foundation was fixed and then came back to finish up literally the day after the other contractors were done. I know he was working on an other project at this time so it wasn't like he had nothing else to do. Despite the 2-week delay, Tim finished the project within 30 days of getting the contract. I've inspected his work and it looks great: even the registers were cut square. My tenants tell me it works well too. It was a pleasure doing business with Conroy Electric.
