CLEAN MASTERS-YAKIMA INC

Description of Work: I last used Clean Masters - Yakima about 18 months ago to clean a carpet in our conference room.

Description of Work: I run a busy restaurant located in the basement of an old fruit warehouse. Five years ago when we opened, we installed new carpet and in the course of five years, could only manage to get it cleaned once about a year after opening. As you can well imagine, it was very dirty and I was starting to look for replacement estimates when Kirk, owner of Clean Masters asked me if he could give it a shot before I replaced it. All I can say is "Job Well Done". My carpet looks new again. Now, it took two days (partial days, not entire days) but not for lack of staying on task...it was just that bad, however, we did not have to close our business down as Kirk and his employees worked around my operation times and not a dollar of income was missed because they were there. I would never have believed it was possible. I am now going to have Kirk and his Clean Masters team come in and steam clean our concrete walk ways and kitchen flooring as well. I have absolute faith they will do an equally incredible job simply because Kirk cleaned a small patch to show me what a difference their equipment could make. I was sold on the spot and I can't wait.
