Cencesational Painting

Overall, we were happy with the final result, but we did encounter some issues during the job.  He didn't bring one of the paint colors I had requested.  He recommended a different shade of color than the one I wanted.  The result is okay, but I would have preferred to have the color I originally asked for.  Also, after they left I noticed some paint ended up on an adjacent wall (of a different color).  Luckily, I was able to remove it myself.

Cence and Mike began painting around the second week in May. The prep work was extensive and it took a lot of time and effort to prepare it for paint.  Each day was exciting as we saw the changes taking place on our home.  With the front door area such a disaster it also took a lot of prep-work and hard work but Mike and Cence were there everyday through thick and thin (weather) doing a fantastic job.  The front entry had to be re-built, the pillars sanded and filled then primed and painted. The back deck and patio pillars were also in great need of repair.  Cence helped us through the entire process even when I got stressed trying to find the appropirate door to make the entrance to the house a real knockout!!!  He could visualize the entire process and he was with me the entire way guiding me through the transformationn of our home.  We could never have done it without him..and I couldn't be happier with the results.  They worked daily. Were always on time. Their work detailed and to perfection. The area was kept clean and they had all the respect in the world for our property. As little problems arose (that were not on the list of things to do) Cence and Mike took over and solved problems and fixed items that we would not have been able to do on our own.  Cence's knowledge of painting and repairs is far  above any expectation we may have had.  He never hestiated on a thing and the results were always superior.  He took it upon himself to see that everything was done and done well.  I will certainly hire (and recommend) Cence for any painting (interior or exterior) for any painting that needs done.  He is honest, responsible, a perfectionist, professional, respectful and a great guy too. The job was completed with pride and I couldn't be any happier than we ar right now.  Thanks Cence......

From our initial conversation to the completion of the job, Cencesational painting was completely professional, very friendly and determined to do the best possibly job for us. They communicated well, worked extremely hard and completed the job in a timely manor. Our home has a stucco exterior, was built in 1930 and was in desperate need of a makeover. Several days into prepping our house, Cence discovered several areas on our home that required additional treatments to ensure the walls were properly sealed and the new paint job would last as warrantied. He spent extra time treating these areas with quality products and the outcome is amazing. After taping and putting plastic over my windows and doors, they applied a nice thick coat of paint to the body of my home. They were careful to not over-spray onto my roof, driveway, deck or flower beds. This part of the job was completed in just 1 day and they quickly removed the plastic from my house. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. There was no garbage or debris left on my property. Our home has original wood-paned windows which required extensive scraping and re-glazing as well as a couple window panes being replaced. The staff at Cencesational painting did a beautiful job tediously painting each window with detail and precision. They went the extra mile to make my 80 year old windows as beautiful as possible. I would not hesitate to hire this company again, or refer them to friends or family. They do outstanding work in a professional manor. I am completely satisfied with the work performed and my house is more beautiful than I had imagined! I highly recommend this company!

He was easy to work with and I felt comfortable in having Cense and his employees working on my property. After completing the project he came back to touch up any areas that were missed.

It was a stress-free experience and the work is superb! Even though I know Cence personally, I am being objective regarding the excellent work done at my home...and I'm a detail-oriented, kinda picky consumer.

I met with Cense, and we decided on color(s) that would be used. He and his painters were there to work at the date and time we had agreed on. They worked quickly and professionally, then cleaned up and you never knew they had been there, except for the newly painted ceilings and walls! Cence was knowledgeable about his paint product and used quality paint.

Cence and his crew were thorough, professional, prompt, courteous, neat, honest, and did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to my friends.

I had observed the work done on the neighbors home by this company. An older home like mine and the care taken to prime and paint while not destroying property and landscaping in the process. Cence was willing to provide estimates on all 4 sides of my home separately due to the amount of prep work needed as well as minor restoration. I appreciated the continued communication and his patience in answering my questions and the responses to my request for suggestions. Price changes occured only when I requested additional work not originally covered in the written estimate and were reasonable. Work was done inbetween other jobs due to the amount of prep work. Cence was understanding of my budgeting requirements. The crew was very professional and careful with landscaping and personal property. Clean up was done carefully and daily. Because of the clear communication, the excellent finished look, the professionalism of the owner and painters I would not hesitate to have them paint indoors as well. A very trustworthy, reliable company I enjoyed doing business with.
