While returning home from Seattle the AC in my 08 Honda CR-V stopped working. I called Bob Hall Honda the following morning. I spoke to Chad in the service department. I explained what happened. He asked if I could drop it off and they would fit it in during already scheduled appointments. I really appreciated Chad getting my car in on a Friday because it would have been an extra hot weekend in the car. Secondly, I so happy to find out the AC compressor and AC clutch were under warranty and I didn't have to pay anything for the great work completed by the service department at Bob Hall Honda in Yakima.

I've used this dealer for many years. They are always professional. While it is more costly to use a dealer for service, I feel more confident when the person I give my Honda to works on Hondas like mine all day every day.

When we dropped the car off, we didn't know about the leaking head gasket. The service technician noticed it right away, and the service manager promptly called us to let us know. The service manager described the situation in a very matter-of-fact way - no scare tactics here. He explained that if we didn't fix the head gasket now, we risked it completely failing and causing major damage to the engine. He also let us know that it would be less expensive to fix it at that time, because the engine was already disassembled, rather than to wait to fix it at a later time. We appreciated the reduction in price, and that they didn't just charge a and quot;flat feeand quot; for the service, instead taking into account the actual amount of labor needed to fix our car properly.
Throughout the process, the service manager and technician were always happy to answer our questions and allay our concerns. Not once did they try to brush us off or pull the wool over our eyes. Also, about a week after getting the car back from the shop, we heard an odd noise and brought it back to have it checked out. The service technician immediately stopped what he was doing to test drive our car, replicate the noise, and then researched possible causes. All of this was at no charge. He determined that the noise was a result of the engine readjusting to the recent maintenance, and encouraged us to call back if the noise intensified.

I made most of the deal over text. I test drove the car and the sales man was wonderful. Paperwork took a little time, but it was all signed with the salesman and not and quot;turnedand quot; to the Fand I and quot;closerand quot; who would try to squeeze me for another $30 a month. Went smooth. I love my new Accord. They have been around so long I think they are considered classic luxury cars.
