I had a tall dead birch with power lines on either side of the tree that needed to be removed along with a few large junipers & other shrubs; and a tight schedule to have the work done. Raul responded very quickly and arrived in less than 15 minutes to evaluate the area and provided a very reasonable price quote. I was provided a written estimate, then he & his crew arrived promptly the next morning. The project was completed by the afternoon. Raul was very professional, friendly, and was upfront with concerns and suggestions about the project. He and his crew were punctual and very efficient. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Raul from Big R is great. Professional, quick response, polite and friendly. Presented a clear and precise bid and did exactly what he said he would do. Arrived when scheduled. A knowledgeable and skilled worker who obviously takes safety into account. Has the equipment to do the job. Raul and crew removed a large Spruce that was on a street corner and close to the house. He discussed options, pointed out problems in keeping it, and I agreed it needed to come down. It was removed safely and efficiently with minimal effect to surrounding yard and plants. The stump was ground well and the area was left clean. All at a fair cost. I got three bids and Big R was clearly my top choice. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

I have dealt with properties in multiple states and cities... Finding Big R was a huge win me; not only getting my work done, but also in restoring my confidence of value for dollar, honest business owners. You can hire the big companies and pay big company dollars to get the assurance it will be done right... sometimes needing to deal with customer service...but eventually you will get it done right. Big R is a Small business with just the right size crew and right-sized equipment for the a very technical job; expandable to get what needed to be done quickly and efficiently. Raul was incredible, very professional : punctual, ready with all the equipment needed, pre-planned and staged the work statement, respectfully communicative, and very honest in letting me know what would not be cost effective (to save me $.. a tree I was going to have him prune to save.... "wish I could, but you will just have me back to remove it in a year or two, its just too far gone." Two very tall and dead pines were very close to my wood house with a cedar shake roof... he dropped them perfectly w/o damage to house or neighbor's fence...impressive. Perhaps many could do that (not me, but many), but the value for the job was even more impressive. The bid was one of the lower bids received out of the 4, which spanned from $2,500 up to $6,200 (frankly, I don't think that guy on top wanted the job)..... Get at least 3 bids... make sure Big R is one of them. and for sure read reviews and talk with Raul personally about what he proposes and why. I am well pleased with their work. Steve O.

Raul called me right back, came out when he said he would with a quote and was back the next morning to prune my tree. Pruned my tree the way it should be done, cleaned up after and did an excellent job. It is well worth the money to have a company that does what they say and arrive when they say they will. No waiting around for this company to show up. On time and love the customer service. I highly recommend them.

Big R was the only one who responded. Wasvery awesome person to deal with said what he was going to do. Called when he was arriving, did the job very efficiently and cleaned up everything. We paid him what he quoted the job for. Yes I would recommend this company. Nice people.
