They came up with all kinds of things they wanted to fix totaling $4,000 and we bought the car a few years ago for $6,000. After stopping that even though they wanted to focus on everything else, I agreed to the $566 for the instrument cluster to be fixed for her dash lights only. They had to ship it to Tacoma. After many calls to them and weeks went by they said they were waiting on a part from Bangladesh. Not sure if they know about overnight shipping but even snail mail doesn't take weeks. End result, I had to pay them $287.96 to get my car back and nothing was fixed, 5 weeks later. I recommend going to a local dealer or ANYONE else before this place, not sure if they can fix cars. They didn't fix mine and still charged me.

They did not do work that was unnecessary. When I took it in, I was expecting a big reveal and I was pleased to find out that it did not need that. I thought the price was reasonable. They work on foreign cars. They specialize in European cars.

Incredible experience. I'm an experienced home mechanic; my S60R never
goes to the shop other than for alignments and tire balancing. My lower
ball joints wore out to the point of near failure, and I needed to get
them replaced as soon as possible considering how dangerous ball joint
failures at speed can be. I didn't have the time, although I did already
have the parts on hand. I called the shop at 4pm, described my
situation, and Trent told me that if I had the car to him within a half
hour or so, he would have the job done by the time they closed at 6. He
quoted me a fixed $150 to replace both, which I thought was fair and was
easily willing to pay. When I got my car back shortly after 6, the
final bill came to less than $135! The office staff were very friendly,
we ended up chatting about cars between customers while I waited.

The shop is very clean and modern, not to mention huge; totally unlike
any normal oil change or muffler shop. They are Bosch certified as well.
I'm extremely picky about anyone who works on my car, and it's really
rare for me to find a shop that I totally trust. They were
straightforward, honest, and care about cars. I will recommend anyone in
the Yakima area to Autometrics.

They changed my timing belt for a good price when compared to others. I can't think of anything I was disappointed with.

Anytime I have a problem, they have been very quick and accurate about diagnosing the issue. They are very good. I would use them in the future.
