All American Discount Flooring

Living in your home during the replacement of the flooring is NOT for the faint of heart, but All American Discount Flooring met the proposed schedule and stayed within budget. The installers were prompt, professional and respectful. I highly recommend the company.

Poorly. I live 30 miles from there store and contacted them twice to get an estimate for carpet. They told me they would not come out because I lived to far away, then they told me to give them the room measurements and they would email me an estimate. I did, they didn't. This was probably better for me as I found another carpet dealer who was more responsive and got my business

We were impressed with the attention we received at the store.  The two people who helped us were well informed, professional and patient.  We arrived there just before closing time, but they gave us ample time to choose the flooring we wanted.  They manage their sales and inventory by computer.  When we called several days later for a quote on installation, they went right to their records, and called up the datails of our purchase immediately.  The only reason we did not have them do the installation was because we received a lower bid from another excellent firm.

Excellent. We were kept up-to-date if any changes in scheduling needed to take place (we had contracted to have the interior of our new house painted) and Caleb stressed to the installers the need to take care of the walls while doing the tear-out and installation (which they did). As agreed, they hauled away the old carpet and padding. Caleb even called me afterwards to inquire if we wanted to save a remnant for possible future patching or repair (we really don't have anyplace to keep it - but it reflects his and his brother Glenn's priority that the customer be looked after well. Very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend them and would purchase there again.

I went to Home Depot first because of the $37 install and thought I was getting a great deal. Afterward I stopped into Discount Flooring just to check it out and realized I'd been had. I found twice the quality of carpet with a much better pad and had it installed for less than what I was going to pay at Home Depot. Not only that, I could tell that the two guys there really cared about making me happy with the job and the work they did was guaranteed and looks great. I will definitely recommend these guys to everyone I know and go back when I need some more work done.

The price was reasonable. I give them all a's.
