It went very well. He replaced plumbing that was bad under the sink, and cleaned up after himself.

ABS Plumbing owner, Ted Wilburn, performed all the work himself. He showed up when he said he would, conducted himself in a professional and respectful manner and in addition to removing the replaced hot water tank also removed an older tank left behind from the previous owner. What a relief! We called Ted the following morning after he had completed the work to tell him the water in one of the toilets wasn't shutting off correctly and he returned the following Saturday at the agreed time to make a minor adjustment. Ted had a very good attitude, was thorough in performing the agreed work and made sure he left a clean work site.

Ted read the buyer requested repairs regarding the bathroom sink downspout in the crawl space of my home. He looked at the entire unit and saw more corrosion than the home inspecter noted. He quoted $150.00 for the job and even when he found corrosion with the another pipe right under the sink and replaced the entire unit and downspout the price was $158.00.
I told him about the water heater at the estate property and that there was rusty water due to a new well and ground water getting into it. I explained that I tried emptying the water heater myself and all the steps I went through to do it and that it did not drain. I understood that to mean we needed a new water heater. However I was also told by a third party that sometimes they can be repaired and don't have to be replaced. Ted more than willingly put a new water heater in his truck just in case in needed replacing but also anything to repair it. It turned out the water heater did drain for him and that a repair was enough. I respect and appreciate Ted doing only what needed to be done and not selling us a new water heater when it wasn't needed. He proved his professionalism and that he listens to his clients to complete the job with excellence and charges the quoted price. No surprises except a nice surprise of only a repair bill that was much less than the option of a new water heater.

Ted arrived exactly on time, replaced our kitchen faucet, and was finished in approximately twenty minutes. He also took a look at a toilet and gave us his opinion of the problem. It did not appear he charged us for that time. Ted is knowledgeable, clean, polite and we will always call him in the future.

He did a very good job. Everything went great. He made an appointment and took care of it. So I would definitely recommend him and have actually recommended him. His price was very good. He was very responsive as my mom made an appointment and he was able to get here within a couple days. His professionalism was very good.

I needed someone to come on the weekend when I was home. He worked with schedule , arrived promptly and did not overcharge me since it was the weekend. When I had a problem with drainage back up in my basement, he came out but did not charge me when I needed to be referred to another company to clean out the main sewer line. He gave me advise on who to call.

We were very happy with the results as well as the process and the price. Ted was very capable and enjoyable to work with. 90% of the work was accomplished in 1 day. We were without water for a mere 2 hours. The only issue was a leaky sink lead that did not become apparent until the and quot;under the sink' items were replaced and one bumped the lead. It turned out the plastic core within the lead was cracked and until moved did not leak. It was replaced and all was well again.
The remaining work (the waste and vent for the new bath) was finshed 2 days later in short order. Again we were very happy. When we finish out the new bath we will call Ted for the trim out. I would recommend him and his company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

I called Ted at ASB Plumbing to fix some plumbing problems in a 70+ year old home which a previously-hired plumber had failed to correct. Ted returned my call promptly, and was very professional when he showed up for the job. He quickly determined what was causing the leaking and draining problems which were basically due to inadequate vent installation when the plumbing had originally been installed. Ted was able to quickly install vents on two sinks which solved their drainage problems, then he pulled damaged ceiling tiles to examine pipes and help determine the cause of the leak from the second story bathroom. All the while, he explained what he was thinking and how the problems could be repaired most cost-effectively. When asked, Ted was able to recommend a reputable contractor to do the demolition and repair work that would be necessary in order to complete the repairs, including the installation of a vent pipe through the roof. That work is scheduled to be completed now, and I am very glad to have Ted do the work.

I called to have my water heater replaced but when Ted came out he said he could repair it and save me some money rather than replacing it. I had another plumbing co out who said it had to be replaced. I would call him again since he was so honest.
