Sergio performed a roof inspection and determined how best to achieve our goal of no leakage due to ice dams. His crew performed the repair work of tearing off a section, repairing the underlying problem area, and laying new shingles. We had the two squares of shingles needed for the job in our storage shed. The roof looks better than it did when it was new. They also installed heat wire in the area where snow builds up to aid in prevention of future ice dams. We should not have any further problems with water leakage due to ice dams. We were pleased with the prompt service and knowledge displayed by Sergio. We will consider his company for future roofing needs!

Sergio and his crew were punctual, professional and very knowledgable. Each night they left everything cleaned to perfection so there was no tripping over materials. I suggested they start earlier than the 730am time due to the heat which they were happy to do. My 1900's house needed 12 attic vents which they installed also. They did such a great job I had them reroof my mothers 2 garages.

Sergio was very friendly, he came right out, gave me a bid and he got it done on time, as a matter of fact, it was done before the time he said he would do it in, so that was really good. I didn't get other bids, I just had him come out and do it so I don't know how his price reflects with other people but I would say it was fair. He seemed to know what he was talking about exactly.
