Spa work was completed but he couldn't wait for water to fill to test it. As it turned out connections hidden from my view were not made so he had to come out later to complete job: as promised. He's very busy, lives 45 mins. away so it took several days to return and I wasn't able to pin him down on an exact day or time on my first call.
