House Cleaning
Her name is Melinda Cunningham. I think she quoted me $200, but she ended up charging me $365. She misquoted. It was supposed to be done in a couple of days and it actually took her four or five days. She didn't stay the whole day because she had other jobs to go to. After she left I did a walk-through and thought I caught everything, but then when I was getting ready for my people to move in to rent, I found dust and dirt in a lot of areas that she had cleaned. She didn't do all the cleaning that she should have done. I would definitely not ever recommend her again to anybody.
