Tim and his son were at my location on time if not a little early. Tim called me to see if it was ok to come a little early. He wanted to make sure it alright with me. They determined the problem and then took care of contacting my insurance company and got everything handled for me. Very pleasant to work with and made every effort to get the job done as fast as possible. I'm extremely happy to have them in the area to work on many of the items in our trailer. Very professional both son and Father. Also, they worked me into their busy schedule to help us out.

He identified and repaired the problems very quickly. I have used Tim's services multiple times over the last ten years and have always been very satisfied with his ability to fit me into his schedule, with the quality of his work and with his rates. The most memorable was when, during a cross country trip, I called Tim and, long distance, he talked me through a repair of a hot water heater ignition problem. I no longer live in his immediate service area, but am more than happy to pay his extra travel expenses to get someone I trust.

Still looking. This place showed up in my Angies list search. When I reached out for a quote was told they would not work in my area. If that is the case, then they need to change their configuration w/Angies list to not show up for potential customers not in their service area. Wasted my time.

Tim and his son have given us this service, plus trailer brake replacement a few years ago, on a regular basis for more than five years.  He is considerate of costs and always asks questions about our preference for "best" or "good enough" so we spend for what we prefer, teaches me as he works so I know more about my camper and trailer after he leaves.  There is no "keeping trade secrets" to generate more work for him: he knows I do a lot of work myself and takes that into consideration.  We could not recommend him more highly.  His travel charge for the call is very reasonable to our "out of his area" location, 35 miles from his location.  The service and complete education that go with it are more than worth paying his travel time!

The work was quality work although 8.5 hours with two guys working seemed really long for experienced installers. The removal of the satellite dish was difficult but mounting two panels to the roof, running one wire down to the controller and two wires to the battery plus mounting the controller with shutoff switch took another 6.5 hours. I also got a service charge even though I drove up to be close to him and provided a sheltered area to work in. I could had easily driven to his shop. Also I did not realize that I was going to get charged WA sales tax for the labor.

Got the job done quickly and conveniently.

Cons: doesn't do warranty work (recalled item), but did identify the issue. Left waste, trash from work laying around.
