Needed emergency repair for a broken spring. They were able to come within an hour and do the repair. Jeff was friendly and professional. He explained everything clearly, including options and future maintenance.

Called Friday AM, Jeff arrived early afternoon, quickly diagnosed the repair, presented repair options, verified springs were in stock on his truck, replaced, adjusted and serviced opener in roughly an hour. Highly recommend Ryder Garage Door and Jeff.

Showed up on time, diagnosed problem. Opener was 25 years old and worn out. They replaced the next day with a premium opener at half the cost of other estimates i received. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful company !! I received a call back immediately after submitting a request on Angi's List, Our garage door had a broken spring, Micah was scheduled for the following day. He showed up in the time frame provided, he accessed the situation explained how he was going to repair our issue and gave us price. Micah was a pleasure to work with as was Stephanie who returned my call and Jeff who answered on a follow-up call. They will be returning to install a new seal for the bottom of the door and install an outside key pad, might I ad at a very reasonable price, Moving forward they will always be my go to.

They really worked around my situation and they went above and beyond. I had a car stuck in my garage no one could get out and they came out for free and took the car out and gave me the most amazing price on the door and more reliable and efficient and most importantly Affordable.

Great company! My garage door had a broken spring, they came out within a half an hour after I called! Replaced the springs, adjusted all the moving parts very quickly. I highly recommend this company for any garage door repair.

The best service, on time and polite. Replaced broken spring with better longer lasting one. Will call again when next 2 garage door springs go out.

The company responded right away the next day and was able to come out that afternoon. I felt$200 was expensive for just a service call but the price for repair and part. was reasonable

Overuse bent the bracket at the bottom of the door so we could not open it. I called Ryder and they said someone would be there in one hour. Jeff showed up on time and went above and beyond to fix our door. He replaced the bracket and reinforced the door for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
