I phoned for quotes to fill my owned 500 gallon tank. Northern Energy was by far the most expensive.

It seems there is an effort to price out owned tanks and thus solicited quotes.

In all fairness in the past NE was much more responsive

They are friendly, professional, easy to deal with. the delivery driver is easy to deal with. I don't have any complaints. They actually went out of their way to save me money. the driver came to the door and asked if I knew about the fixed price plan? I didn't and he showed me how it is cheaper than what I was paying. I was happy.

Northern Energy Propane are wonderful. They come monthly to fill our propane tanks. The first time they came out, they replaced our tank. They are real professional and are very nice. We have a big generator on the property and they are resetting it because it wasn't safe the way it was.

I love them. I pay them once a year for the propane tank that I am renting from them. Overall, they have been very professional, and answered any questions any time I needed it. They have actually been friendly to work with.

IT ONLY TOOK THEM ONE HOUR TO COMPLETE JOB. THE MAN EVEN PLACED SLIPPERS OVER HIS SHOES TO NOT TRACK ANY DIRT ON THE CARPET. HAD IT FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS AND HE SUGGESTED I CLEAN IT. CLEANING WAS A VERY LOW COST.
