The work initially went well but the level of effort went up as well as the cost. Additional parts and labor above the original scope added significantly to the project cost. When complete we were nearly 25% above original estimate. When paid that was the last we saw of them. No further contact was made despite voice mail, texts and emails. Head adjustment, controls and timing was totally left up to me.

Badly, he got paid before projects completed, and then just disappeared. Has not responded to emails or phone calls

At first ok. He did not order enough pavers. Finally got more put them in and totally different color. Promised he would fix them. It’s been 3 months and text messages saying he will be here but has not come. I think 3 months is a fair amount of time. Wish I could submit a picture. Would not ever use him again. My neighbors were going to have work done by him but now they are not because he does not follow thru.

The bid was $800 with a senior discount and he handed me a bill for $2250. He said it was more then he thought, but did not sit down to discuss it at all. There was also some work that he didn't do that I thought was done.

The main water Tyanne is only 4 inches into the ground it’ll freeze in the winter and then break my pipes also he was supposed to change out some sprinkler heads on one zone and never did that he left big holes where he replace the valves and never filled them in I called him back to have him come fix what he didn’t finish and he didn’t return my calls and he’s just ignoring me

Zeke and his crew were professional, friendly, fast and efficient. He met with us, made suggestions and was back doing the job within 2 days. He communicates very well and listens to your needs and wants. We will definitely have E-Z back for other projects.
