The previous home owners had subdivided the bonus room in our house into two bedrooms. We removed the subdivision wall but had to cut at least half a dozen holes for electrical/plumbing and there was numerous nicks/dings and lots of texture damage. The room had been partially custom painted previously with a mural for a nursery and so it required significant retexturing and heavy paint. Bryan the owner was prompt and met with my wife quickly to bid the room and was very up front. When we unexpectedly had to cut an additional large piece of drywall out for more electrical wiring he was easy going about it and adjusted his bid based on pictures we took. He was also super flexible on a two day delay with us as we went on a mad-dash to find the actual paint used for the room after several shops could not do a proper color match. Leo who did the work was a joy and did top quality work. H even did some serious detail work to preserve a few cute animals that were featured on the mural in the room blending them into the new color. One thing I always see from commercial painting companies is poor handling of door and window trim with lots of splash cause they go so fast. While it wasn't flawless Z-One did far far better than most in this regard!
