These guys are fantastic! 4 guys and 2 trucks showed up exactly at 9am, I walked them through the rooms, pointed out what stays, what goes, and they took it from there. They showed respect to me, the house (no dents or scrapes), and my possessions. They carefully stacked heavy boxes on bottom, which you'd think would be obvious, but not everyone pays such attention to details. They shrink-wrapped everything with drawers to keep them stable. They handled the glass shelves and table tops with care.

As I'm between homes, they unloaded everything into storage, and let me tell you, they have "mad skills" when it comes to packing. Again, paying attention to the weight of the boxes, they stacked "up", keeping everything flat and stable, and wasting no space..  They put my old towels and blankets on top of furniture to protect it, so they could stack boxes on top. I didn't ask them to do it, they thought of it and asked if they could use the rags. The guys themselves were very polite, professional, and funny with their movie quotes and singing.  They cleaned up after themselves at both locations, no food or empty water bottles left behind.

They made what is a very stressful time and activity, painless. I will absolutely call them when it's time to move from storage into my next house, and recommend them without hesitation. THANKS GUYS!

Overall we had a good experience with Wise Choice Movers. I was a bit leary at first do to lack of contact from the company prior to my move date (we scheduled the move well in advance), but after I called a couples days prior to the move and confirmed all the details they had everything in order at least. The movers showed up on time and did a good job overall moving our items (mainly larger heavy things that we did not want to move ourselves). There were a few items that recieved minor damage, however that is common and to be expected unless you are paying for a super high end moving service that is going to baby your items (which we were not). The movers themselves were very friendly and nice, so that is always a plus as well. So overall I was happy with their service and would use them again if we ever move again (but hopefully we will not).

Work was completed in 6 hours by two experienced guys. No damages or scratches. Very attentive to protecting and then placement. Do know that they charge time for travel to and from the job sites.

They were very punctual. Very nice guys and hard workers. The truck was too small for the job so they had to do two loads which added to the time. They had some difficulty grasping how we wanted it done and why, so it didn't go as smoothly as we envisioned. The move involved putting things into and out of an elevator which added complication. Parking on the street was a problem at the new office so that complicated things. What I am saying is that it was not an easy move; it was a challenging one. But it took much longer than our most generous calculation and cost us much more than anticipated mainly due, I think, to insufficient experience. I think they would probably do well with a typical home move. Oh, and they lost my check.

The first crew showed up and said that it was a much bigger job and doubled the estimate to 8 hours.  They came but forgot the boxes and had to return to get them.  The lead guy was very argumentative when I questioned why the 100% increase in the job estimate. I couldn't see it taking that long.   When they went back to get the boxes, I called Brandon (the owner) about the increase of time.  He was also argumentative and rude. So I canceled them.
But, my apartment manager called them and had them come back two days later with a new crew. 
Jeremiah and Chris were great, master movers very respectful, and did a great job.
It took three hours total.   

The pack and move went very well. Wise Choice had the best price of anyone who gave me an estimate. There were no unexpected price increase at the end of the move. (Keep in mind that Washington state law allows the actual cost to exceed the written estimate by 25%.) If I ever have to move again (I truly hope not), I would certainly consider using Wise Choice, and highly suggest you contact them for an estimate. With that I do have a little bit of nit-picking. Several things that I asked them not to pack and bring ended up at the new house, and also several things that should have come to the new place are still at the old house. Luckily I only live 10 minutes away and the house is still mine so it has been easy to move things back and forth. I don't really blame them for this, as there were three crew members trying to get things packed and moved and it could have been easy to get mixed up on things. As a cost saving I agreed to the use of used boxes. Great idea, but they just used a regular pen to write down a very general description of what is in the box. So it has been something of a treasure hunt finding things.

They were very courtous and respectiful of my furniture. The building I was moving from just had the main lobby and elevator remodeled and they took lots of care not to bump anything nor scratch floors. I set up the move about a week and a half ahead of time and choose the middle of the week and month to move, less competition for a mover I felt doing that. The entire move took them 4 hours, though I personally moved most of my small belongings if I had to to do over I would have had that stuff boxed and let them also handle it.
They presented me with a bill at the moves end, I gave them a check and they gave me a receipt. They were resonable in cost, give Brandon a call and chat with him before you choose a mover.

They are really AWESOME! I could not ask for more professional and courteous workers. This company will go the extra mile for their customers. I have a disability that prevents me from moving even the small things. These men were willing to move every last item no matter how small. They are very careful with your items and wrap most items in plastic as well as putting down mats to protect your floors. The best part is the price! They charge only for the actual hours they work. No minimum amount required.I will definitely use this company for all future moves. I would HIGHLY recommend this professional and customer-oriented company to everyone!
