Did THE most wonderful job!  We have a large house with 2 big skylights, sliding glass doors, lots of windows, so it was a lot of work.  And they were very dirty.  The day was exceedingly hot and they worked so hard without any complaints.  If you are reading this, go ahead and call them ... you will be very pleased!

Absolutely fantastic. The woman in the office called me first thing in the morning to let me know that they were running late, and the owner called an hour later to assure me that I would still have everything done that day. They were courteous, and moved every piece of furniture back to exactly where they found it. The windows in our new home had not been cleaned (likely) since the house was built, and they made them look like new. I would recommend them to anyone needing window cleaning.

We needed all exterior windows, screens and a rooftop skylight cleaned on a 3 story townhome. The windows had not been cleaned for a couple of years.  The folks at Window Cleaning & More were able to provide an estimate via email based on photos and additional information we submitted. This was convenient for us since we are not always onsite. The pricing was competitive and very fair.  Our cleaning appointment was scheduled for the following week and the office sent a follow-up reminder as the date approached.  The crew arrived a bit early which worked out for us. They scoped out the job and went right to work and did a great job, very thorough and professional.  What a difference!  We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend this company. 

Dave is extremely professional and detail oriented in his work.  My patio and the rest of house brick and walkways look beautiful. I have used other companies in the past that did half the job for the same price. I recommend him highly since he does a excellent job in cleaning .

The guys arrived on time, finished up the outside quickly but thoroughly (I was watching some of the time to see how they were doing), they removed, cleaned and replaced each screen carefully, then came inside and did all the windows plus the tracks. They wore booties or socks and didn't track anything into the house, they wiped up any spills as they happened (I looked around, no drops anywhere).  They were courteous, professional, and very efficient.  I walked around looking afetr they left and the windows and screens and tracks are all clean and sparkling.  At first I thought $327 for $16 windows plus a sliding door was a little high, but I checked some other places that had slightly cheaper rates and 1) the reviews were sketchy 2) screens were not included. I would recommend Window Cleaning & More!

Have used them for several years and they do a good job.

I have used this service for three years and couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quality. My house is a rather difficult one to service and a number of providers had either refused to bid or simply overbid so that they would not have to formally refuse to do the work. Window cleaning and more is good company to work with and is flexible when necessary.

They cleaned the windows of my 2-story house in preparation for its sale. I wish I had done this years ago instead of cleaning just the inside by myself - the difference in light and airiness was huge. In addition to cleaning the windows, they also cleaned the screens by simply brushing them off.
I'd had the house painted a year ago, and the window cleaner noted some speckles of paint on a few windows. Rather than pressure me into paying extra to remove the specks, he advised just ignoring them as they were so hard to see. An honest man! 
My only concern (that I did not express to the company as it's such a minor complaint): since the cleaning, the screen door has been a bit tricky to open/close.
I'm buying another house and will ask them to clean those windows, too.

I got a same day as booking service for the gutters because they'd had a cancellation- that was fantastic for us. Then they came a week or so later to do the pressure washing and interior and exterior windows. I have had our windows washed at least twice a year by other services- and I thought those others did a good job. But this company does a GREAT job. I don't know what they use that is different but my windows were SO clear that I thought one of the windows was still open!!!! I only have pressure washing done so that my driveway and patios are clean for the summer- they did a great job on that, too.

They worked for a long time- one person was being trained. But they asked if that was an inconvenience, and it wasn't.

I would not hesitate to use them again.

Pricewise- I'd gotten a cheaper estimate from the person I'd been using, but I'd all ready committed to this company and didn't want to cancel them. Now I am so glad I did!

I used Window Cleaning & More LLC and I like them very much. I thought it was a fair price as I had paid before. We've got windows that are only accessible from the roof and some of that are only accessible with a tall ladder. They did everything, they did inside and outside. While they were up there I asked them to help me with cleaning my ceiling fans and putting the light bulbs in. They were great. They did everything I asked plus some more. They were an 'A' company. I really liked them. They were expensive but they did a great job. I will use their service in the future.

I called Dave at Window Cleaning & More because I used his services once before and they were excellent in every way. I am now getting my rental home ready to sell and I want it to look very clean. I called Dave and he was able to get me scheduled within a week.  His crew arrived on time and did an excellent job on every surface and neighbors even called him to tell him what a great job he did.  I was out of town at the time so Dave sent me before and after photographs of the work.  Dave is an wonderful man with great communication skills and a well-trained crew. Of the total cost, the outside windows cost $125, the remainder of $658 for the extensive pressure washing, plus tax. I highly recommend Dave and his crew.

It was fine. He was excellent. He was very good. He said he had extra time so he gave me extra time. They did everything they said they would do.

The owner, Dave Hancuff, was impressively responsive to my initial inquiry and called me to discuss the job.  I was in a hurry to get the job completed, but the company was booked up.  I reserved a date anyway, and to my luck, the person who had the next day reserved needed to make a change, so Dave called and said that he could do the job in the morning.
I was out of town, so Dave and crew started work in the morning, and along the way he sent me photographs and text messages to my cell phone telling me how the job was going and a difficulty with drainage on my property they were encountering.
I am still out of town, yet I am confident of his work because of the excellent photographs he sent to me showing the job complete.
The work to my house was "deferred maintenance" so it took extra work to get the job done.  I am impressed with how it all turned out.
I would definitely use Window Cleaning & More LLC again!

The job was outstanding.  They also explained to me the reason that some of my windows looked foggy due to moisture in the double pane windows.  They were very professional.

They arrived on time, were very polite and professional. The work was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves.

Dave the owner is very nice person and very professional.   He and his  assistant did an excellent job!  The job was to clean window's both inside and out.    Even though I called at the last minute, he worked my request into his schedule within a couple of days.   He was great communicating with me via phone and email.  I was always able to reach him.  They showed up on time and the work was completed in the timeframe he had given me.  I will be using them again in a few months to clean the roof and gutters.

The crew arrived at 8:30AM as scheduled.  The three young men were courteous and reviewed with me what they were going to do.  We have large picture windows in the family room which took extra time because they had to set the ladders in such a way to not destroy the garden and waterfall that are below these windows.  The crew member in charge of these windows did an excellent job!  ALL of our windows and skylights were shiny and bright again- the entire crew did an excellent job and I will have them back for my window cleaning again.

My very senior Mother had some not so good experiences selecting companies to do maintenance work on her home.  She is very independent minded but decided that perhaps she would let me help her find someone to clean her windows.  I found Dave here on Angies list and after a brief discussion decided to have him provide a quote (which he did promptly).  The work was scheduled for a few days later and completed as planned.  All the windows were cleaned inside and out, screen cleaned, and large two hanging glass lamp cleaned, and all tracks cleaned of any debris.  She called afterward and said she thought they had forgotten to put a screen back in, only to discover that it and the screen was cleaned so well it seemed transparent.  My Mom is excited about how well this was done I am certain she will contact Dave again for other cleaning services.
