Will, the owner, was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job at communication. He gave plenty of detail without trying to jargon or double-talk, and sent clear pics and lots of explanation on any additional work that was needed. When he found pest issues (our inspector had found a rat, but hadn't discovered nearly the extent of the problem), his team worked through the weekend to get everything done in time for our move-in date. I'm not qualified to review the structural quality of their work, but we've had no problems with it, and they did a great job of cleanup, paint-matching, etc.
The bid was in line with the rough estimates we had from the inspection; but due to time constraints and flakiness from some other vendors, I don't have a full competitive bid to compare against, so I haven't reviewed on price.
I'd definitely recommend Wiese, and for sure plan to ask them to bid on my future remodeling work.

They were excellent. The house looks fabulous. They are very client centered. They are very conscientious and they cleaned up before they left. They vacuumed and cleaned. They adapted to our schedule. Their sub contractors were all excellent. We are planning on using them again.

We chose Wiese Enterprises, Inc. for our project because they were so wonderful to work with from our initial meeting. They helped guide us through the process from start to finish. We met with their designer to discuss what it was we were looking for and everything else was smooth sailing from there. She helped us design everything from start to finish! If any problems arose they were there to address them immediately and always contacted us to keep us up to date as to what was going on. We could always contact our contractor Monday through Saturday up until 10pm at night which worked great for us as we don't get home from work until 7pm or later. Our projects were both completed on schedule and exactly on budget except for the change orders that we requested. If there were any problems during our 1 year warranty period they were there immediately to address them. We will continue to use them over and over again and always refer them to our friends and clients. In fact, we have quite a few friends who have enjoyed their services as well. Our dining room was EXACTLY what we had hoped for and our side yard continues to get rave reviews by us, our neighbors and all of our friends. We have even left the country a couple of times while they worked on our house and never had any problems at all. We would recommend them to anyone ready to start any project large or small no matter what it entails. They are a full service General Contractor and can do anything you need. Unfortunately, I only have pictures of our side yard landscaping as we don't own the previous house any longer.
