Viking Window Washing

They were both friendly and courteous. The owner explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were efficient and only ran over their estimated time to completion by a few minutes. Everything looked great (except my wife noticed some streaking on the outside on one window when she came home. It will disappoint them when they read this.) Good crew and great work. Drive and deck look marvelous.

From the time I made my appointment until the completion of the job, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and attention to detail. Even got a reminder call the day before, which is important to me. Every window sparkled, there was not one thing I had to point out, which is not usually the case with other companies. Excellent service, excellent quality, reasonably priced and David's work ethic is astounding. He does not rush through the job but is meticulous and careful. My screens weren't damaged (as they had been by a previous company) and were so clean on the bottom sliding door that I thought the screen was missing! It wasn't, just so clean :) Exceptional company, will definitely use again and again. Very happy customer.

Dave did a great job cleaning windows inside and out, the windows in the house we moved in had not been cleaned in a long time...amazing how much better they looked once done. the gutters also were full of needles and that was taken care of also.
Viking was good about scheduling and reminding about appt., they get busy so in prime time plan ahead.

They showed up on time! Knocked on the door to let usknow they would be around. They moved quickly around the house and took all ofthe debris with them! I also happend to notice that the owner was there the whole time (i really appreciate that).

They showed up early (but called to let us know and check if it was okay - It was!). They had two washers, one inside one out and I couldn't believe how quick and professional they were. They managed to get the gunk off a window I've been trying to for years. They also were able to point out windows that had and quot;failedand quot; but didn't try to push us to get it fixed.

They brought all their own suppliers, including ladders.

Amazing how much quicker they are then I would be doing it myself.

David came out and was polite as always, professional and fast! He serviced my 4 gutter/downspouts and also advised me of a potential plug that was endangering my french drainage system. Best thing is he came right out and mentioned he wasn't insured to work on french drains but could advise me if the problem was "there." I really appreciate his honesty and while the plug was in the downspout thankfully, i feel great knowing he's an honest dude. Will definitely use again!

Dependable, honest, on time. We love using them! You can't ask for a more experienced guy!

went great. David showed up on time and ready to work. I voiced concern about during heavy rain fall an area over flows and makes a mess of our rose garden. He flushed the entire system including the down spouts. We have had many heavy rains sinse then and everything is working the way it should. He cleaned up after himself not to make a mess. Great job!

Well David arrived right on time and immediately set to work after a friendly "hello!" He worked both quickly and efficiently and was curteous as I needed to walk through his "work area" several times. He did a fantastic job with all the aformentioned cleanings and was completed much earlier than I had expected. He wrapped up the job by walking around and quality controlling his work to make sure it was top-notch and that was that!

Great job overall. David (the washer and owner) did a very thorough job for both businesses (Massage Envy Woodinville and Facelogic of Redmond). He was on time and extremely courteous. In fact, our front desk worker forgot she was coming early (to let him in) that morning and David had already cleaned the exteriors and waited for her to arrive instead of leaving! Our windows look better than ever and we signed up to have him come out to both businesses every month. Also, I am going to have him come out to my home and wash my windows and clean my gutters!
