I am a professional construction manager and work with commercial contractors on a daily basis. I was so impressed with Vadim, his transparency, communication skills and most importantly the quality of his work. We hired him to remove popcorn ceilings throughout our entire home then smooth and paint the ceilings. He was so professional and trustworthy! Interior Painting or Staining
I hired Vadim to paint my front door and the door frame. It was hard to find a day when it wasn't raining or to cold. But we finally got lucky and had a nice Saturday. Vadim showed up and got the project done. He was very nice and professional. I would recommend him to family and friends. If I ever need another painter he is the guy I would call.

Very slow and did not perform as I expected. I had to cancel two building inspections because of his lack of performance and I could not continue his employment. The initial installation of sheetrock was estimate to take at maximum 3 days. He completed after 5 days with me assisting. His agreement for completion was 7 days and in the next two days it would be impossible to complete the taping and mud within that time. He was made aware of our timetable prior to accepting our offer to employ him. He misled me.

"It is unfortunate when customers are left unhappy. Nevertheless, it is interesting to observe how a review gets updated when the other side realizes that it will have to pay for the job done, no matter what tricks are used (such as blackmail). Unfortunately, this review is very misleading (simply lies) on many points, but everybody need to learn their lesson. Probably estimated time 7 working days stated in original estimate was not clear enough for the customer and by assumption expectation where higher than I could perform speedier. I was trying to make it is faster working over Thanksgiving and the next day as well looks like these were counted as "work""
