Dave arrived to start work, saw the mechanical contractor and said "what the f... are you doing here, no one is to be here when I am working". Calming the mechanical contractor was the first issue. In our master bathroom most of the rough-in valves were not installed per specification. Called Dave to come out and fix the rough-in problems, set appointments with Dave but he never showed up. We paid another plumber to fix the work. He has never fixed the exterior faucet that never worked. Now, we have to remove drywall in another bathroom because the tub shower rough-in has no backing. The fixtures move around and don't attach properly. Dave constantly complained as he was doing inferior work.

Dave did great. He was on time to review the issue and provide a quote. The following week Dave showed up on the agreed upon date and time with his back hoe. Work was performed in one day and was done on time.

We actually used Dave in 2002 for repacing all internal pipes with new copper hose . New hose, bibbs stops and supply tubes in the master line. He did more work, but I can't read the quote. Fees were shy of $4,000 and we were pleased with the completed work.

Everything has gone splendidly, and I think they are a great, professional company. I'll continue using them as needed.

Topline did a great job on this sink project, it looks very professional and obviously works right. Dave was helpful in suggesting better ways and locations for the sink and how to run the water and drain lines to make the job more cost effective, decrease cleanup and minimize subsequent repairs to some sheetrock that had to be exposed. I had other things going on when I needed the work done and Dave planned the job so it wasn't disruptive to my schedule. This is the 3rd time I've used Topline for projects and they have always come through in a timely, cost effective, creative and professional manner. The other 2 jobs were larger: 1. Dave and his crew did the plumbing on our addition which included a new master bath that came out great. He added some features that my architect didn't think of which were not a lot of extra cost but made the master bath much better. Part of the job included running new gas lines and soil pipes which all had to be tied into the existing piping. He has excavation equipment so he could tie into our septic system and i didn't have to contract with anyone else to do the sewer work. 2. Topline did the rough in and finish plumbing for my vacation home which was over 2 hours away from his home. It was nasty, cold weather up in the Cascades where the house is and there was over 2" of water in the basement when he had started the work, but I never heard a complaint from him. Once again the project came out great. Both jobs were done at excellent prices compared to other bids I received and finished with great workmanship. One thing that is important to my wife; Dave and his crew clean up after they are done and don't leave a mess. I'd highly recommend Topline for any plumbing work both new and old.

WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND RELATIVELY CLEANLY, WITH MINIMAL CUTTING INTO CEILINGS AND WALLS. SOME PIPE WAS INSTALLED STICKING OUT OF HEATER ROOM CEILING, WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN NEATER, BUT SYSTEM HAS WORKED WELL SINCE INSTALLATION.
