 + -1 moreTom came out and looked at the project. I had to call him twice about getting a bid. When I finally got a bid, he didn't include all the work we had discussed. Asked for a new bid. Never heard from him again. Hired someone else.

 + -1 moreI was totally happy with the job Tom did. I had him come out to look at this simple, but very necessary, project to give me his professional opinion on how the job should be done and to give me a bid. I liked his suggestion and thought his bid was very good! We agreed on a date and time that he would return to do the work. He was very prompt. Unfortunately, he didn't forsee a minor problem that he encountered on that day so he had to redo some of the wood and come back another day. But he showed up the next time with the materials he needed and finished the job in about 30 minutes..or less! And he did not charge me anything addtional. He was very nice and great to work with. I am really happy with the finished product. I would use him again and would highly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I hired Tom to cut and install wood trim under my granite counter tops. The wood under the granite "dissappeared" after the original counter tops were demolished. There was a gap between the granite and the top of the drawers. Tom cut, stained and installed new wood. It looks great!
