TC QUALITY SERVICES

BEWARE -  In this vendor's original presentation we were told that they charged $750 per half day for 2 men. We were also told in the presentation that he specializes in Leaf Guard Gutters and was a past contractor for LeafGuard through Costco.
We hired them initially for gutter cleaning with an estimate of $6000. This translated to us to mean it would take 4 days to clean gutter on 14 buildings which seemed reasonable. We also set a limit of $5000 for repairs.
Then we were approach for more services, including the zinc treatment for moss.
We still understood that with a bids provided that it was based on the $750 per half day for 2 men/$1500. There were two workmen and the owner was both on and offsite. While on site he pointed out problems and made recommendations and basically upsetting services. One bid for $6000, another for $4500 for zinc including materials, and the possible needed repairs up to $5000 were agreed to thinking that it would take about 8 to 9 days of work including materials. The actual material costs were reasonably inexpensive and I priced the zinc product to be sure it was within the budgeted amount. 
What actually happened was services were finished up in 4 days so we were expecting it to cost us roughly $6000, plus the maximum of $5000 for materials and repairs. However, when we received the invoicing we were actually charged nearly $20K and discovered that some of the work itemized on the bill was not completed. In fact there are downspouts now back flowing because gutters were not properly cleaned - due partially from flushing the gutter debris down the gutters rather than disconnecting the downspouts to avoid this problem.
Subsequently, I also took time to check to see if LeafGuard had him listed as a Contractor or SubContractor through Costco and learned that LeafGuard only uses there own franchised people for installation and repairs, and do not subcontract out.
Working with this vendor was a horrible experience for us and would never consider rehiring this person/company again.
If you decide to use this or any vendor be sure you have a clear and detailed scope of work and verify how you are being charged - time and materials or flat fees or both. And it probably wouldn't hurt to check references in advance and not take word of mouth to heart. This was a very expensive lesson for us, and hope the review saves others from a similar experience. 

We have been clients of T.C. Quality Services for many years.  We have a tall house and there is no way that we could safely clean the windows ourselves.
The company has always washed our windows (inside and out) and performs other cleaning and maintenance services, as well.  The crew always works hard and does a wonderfully thorough job.  When we have other home maintenance projects that fit within T.C. Quality's range of services, it is the company we call.

No complaint from tenants and I did not inspect.

This company is GREAT!! The owners came out to my house and prices
out a package deal cleaning my roof, windows, and gutters that no other company
could come close too. When the work was
completed Tom ( the owner) came out to my house to inspected the work and did a few touch ups.

This is a serious downgrade of the service we used last year. They were scheduled for 8:30, but I got a call saying there was a conflict, so we settled on 12:00. After 12:00, they called to say they would be there at 1:30. They did good professional window cleaning. A year ago, they charged us $185, so we didn't ask for an estimate. This year, they billed us for $300! When my wife called to complain, they gave her some story about a name mix-up and changed the price to $250. We will never use them again!

The work was done quickly and effectively. When the rain stops, we will use them for general window cleaning.

ARRANGEMENTS WERE EASILY MADE. TWO GUYS SHOWED UP ON SCHEDULE AND QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY CLEANED ALL THE WINDOWS AND SKYLIGHTS, INSIDE AND OUT. THEY WERE CAREFUL OF THE GARDEN FLOWERS. THEY WERE FAST AND EFFECTIVE--HAVEN'T FOUND A STREAK YET!
