Synergy roofing performed a total roof replacement on our house and out buildings. The entire process from quotation to final payment was flawless. We chose Synergy after receiving 3 competitive quotes from contractors recommended by neighbors on our local Facebook group. The owner, Mark R. educated us on roofing system options. He provided us an address of a nearby customer’s roof installed with our preferred roof system. The crew was professional and skilled. They worked efficiently and completed the job in the shortest estimated time. We are delighted with the final result and all the compliments from our neighbors. I did quite a bit of research and conducted a few interviews before hiring Synergy. Company owner Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with: professional, responsive, and focused on a positive customer experience from start to finish. His team was very professional and timely, and demonstrated a high degree of expertise in application of our new roof. They were good about awareness regarding our needs to enter and leave our house as they worked, and did a good job with clean up. I highly recommend Mark and Synergy to anyone needing a new roof!

Mark is extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain everything about each part of your roof that makes complete sense even when you know nothing about it. His bid was the best and the work was completed with exceptional professionalism and in a timely manner. This time he replaced my mother's roof and I will absolutely hire him for our own roof when the time comes.

Mark and his team are great to work with! From start to finish, Mark took the time to explain the process and constantly provided updates. Each morning, Mark was on site inspecting the work of his crew as well as the progress. Having spoken to many roofing providers, we choose Mark because he took the time to understand our needs and even drove us around the neighborhood to show us examples of potential roofs. I also want to recognize Marks work crew. Our roof presented many challenges, and Mark's crew worked over time to ensure the project was done on time. If you need an honest, hard working roofing company, that will provide great pricing/work without all the add on costs that so many others try to slip in, then you need to talk with Mark and work with Synergy. We had an aging cedar shake roof which needed to be replaced with another cedar shake or other type of high end roof specific to our HOA rules. We wanted to go with a top quality asphalt 50 year roof. Mark, the owner gave us a fair estimate that was thousands of dollars below other bids (we had 6 different Angie's List roofing bids to choose from and Synergy's was the lowest for identical roof). From tear down to final clean-up and inspection, we had a full crew on the job daily until the job was done. We are so very happy with the results and the professionalism of the whole crew. Great local company that does one roof at a time and concentrates on your job.

Mark was exceptional to deal with. Nice, Knowledgeable, addressed all my concerns and questions immediately. Didn't pressure me as other companies did and beat the competitors in price and I got a top notch roof product and ridge vent, etc. So happy I continued to look for a roofing contractor and found someone who made me feel that I was making the right choice thru the whole process! Everything went perfectly with our new roof. Mark contacted me immediately, inspected our roof and suggested options all throughout the process to save us money. His team was prompt, competent and professional. Mark walked me through the trouble spots of our roof and explained why things were damaged. He explained each step of the process for the roof replacement and gave me an accurate estimate of cost and time frame of completion. "We arrived within two days and waited for your insurance company to respond, met with your insurance agent on-site and charged less than what your insurance agent quoted for the job and repaired the roof. We also went beyond the scope of insurance work and fixed the flashing along the front side of your front porch which was done for no charge. We apologize if you felt the work was average. We try hard to please all customers no mater what the size of job."

My girlfriend collected quite a few bids from other King County roofing specialists but found that Synergy's bid was in our price range and came a very prompt and thorough inspection from Mark. He is an excellent point of contact for Synergy and has been working with us throughout the process. His roof installers were professional and prompt, and we would especially like to thank Andre for all his hard work these past few weeks. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Mark also referred to us a great gutter specialist who added gorgeous gutters to complement our new roof, without charging us extra. We've also been quoted for replacing our skylights at a great price and will definitely go back to them when this is needed. Mark has extended us an invitation to call him if there is ever any trouble with the roof and we are happy to recommend him to all of our neighbors and fellow Washingtonians.

I had a difficult to find roof leak in one of the valleys of the roof. We discussed the possibility of just repairing the valley, but there was already two layers of roofing and that would have complicated the repair. We discussed replacing the back half of the roof, but I was also concerned with drainage on the other valleys and what appeared to be rot beneath them. We elected to go with a full roof tear-off and replacement with 30yr shingles and 30# asphalt felt. I felt confident that Mark knew what he was doing when he talked about flashing, drip metal and how he would handle the drainage of the valleys by installing valley metal and then install ridge venting. As it turned out, there were three layers of roofing that two inspectors and one other roofer had missed entirely. Mark and his team completed the tear-off in one day completing all repairs, the installation, and clean-up in the second day completing the job ahead of schedule.
My roof now looks better than ever and I'm very happy I chose Synergy Roofing.

We had two indoor skylights completely fail and two exterior in the garage that failed and he was the only contractor that was willing to come out and take a look at the problem. We called at least three (3) other roofing companies and none of them would provide a bid for the project, a couple never bothered to return calls. By the time we reached out to Synergy we were desperate. Mr. Roark not only took our call, but took the time to explain to us why other contractor's were not necessarily eager to take our job. Since our skylights had failed they had to obviously access them via the roof, but once they "open" the roof they are now responsible for said roof, whether they installed said roof or not. Once we understood this things started making sense.
Mr. Roark went out of his way to communicate with us throughout the entire process. It turned out that two of our skylights were custom sizes, since we did not want them replaced with the same brand that had failed in less than ten (10) years he found a local skylight company that could accommodate our entire order (two custom skylights and two standard). Of course this all occurred in early March, but Mr. Roark's crew stepped in and made sure we stayed warm and dry throughout the entire process. The entire crew was a class act from start to finish. They were always on time, on budget, and in communication. We never felt out of the loop or out of control.
I would recommend this outfit to anyone.

We discovered a small leak in our cedar shake roof and needed a new roof. After receiving several estimates, we chose Synergy Roofing Services. Mark, the owner, provided our estimate. He is professional and trustworthy. There is no sales pitch. And even better, their estimate came in the lowest and he was able to schedule us quickly. He had already installed several new roofs in our neighborhood and was recommended by the neighbors.
The Synergy roofing crew did an outstanding job on removing the old roof and installing the new one. We went from cedar shake to CertainTeed Presidential TL composition. They had a crew of 5-6 roofers that worked non-stop and fast. Mark visited every day and checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. They also did a very thorough cleanup job. I would highly recommend using Synergy for your roof.

They did a magnificant job and we were very pleased with how everything went. They were very professional, worked hard and efficiently. Mark, the owner came out and talked with us about what needed to be done. Sent us some samples of material that we could use. There was a delay between when he came out for an estimate and when they started the work but it was because of weather. They finished the project in less than 2 days. We were very pleased with the work, as well as the workers and we would definitely use them again in the future if we need them. I would also definitely recommend them to anyone.
